Through the devotional practices of yoga, and immersion in nature, we tune into our inner landscape with awareness; dissolving any discord and restoring balance in our being.

You will be gently guided on a path to presence, nurturing mind, body and spirit.

Desa Retreat feels worlds away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Nourishment through nutrition

Emma is a talented plant-based cook, and transforms freshly home-grown produce into mouth-watering garden-to-plate meals to nourish her guests, leaving them feeling deeply cared for from the inside out. 

All meals are freshly prepared on-site, utilising the produce that is in season.

A delicious morning tea and lunch is included.

    KINDRED WOMEN

    Erin is a women’s circle holder and certified meditation teacher who weaves ceremony and ritual into every space she facilitates.

    Erin’s gatherings invite us to look within, and call us to explore a deep remembering.

    She believes wholeheartedly in the importance of women rewilding their hearts and minds and healing through connection. Gathering together in community, where we are supported and seen as we move though the seasons of womanhood.

  • ABBIE

    KINDRED WOMEN

    Abbie is a Yoga, Pranayama, Kriya and Meditation Teacher. Certified in Health, Life and Internal Family Systems Coaching, she adopts a ‘wholistic’ approach to healing, in aligning mind, body and spirit.

    Witnessing and welcoming the multiplicity of the mind, Abbie encourages the exploration of emotional entities, bodies or 'parts' of ourselves, with a compassionate curiosity; an unearthing and unburdening, that can ultimately lead to lasting transformation.
